Need a form of tap/ water connection for a dishwasher, we have a water source in the form of the kitchen tap easily accessible. We are located in an older apartment complex, but are on the ground floor and have easy access.

The flush mechanism has a missing /broken part whereby I can’t press it. The flush works but it’s missing the “pressing” thing. So I usually put my finger in and press it.

I can see water underneath the sink in the kitchen. The leak is slow - as in it’s not flowing but little a very slow drip. I can’t find the source amongst the pipes underneath the sink.

New taps have been replaced , need someone to inspect to make sure job was done properly and fix it not. Just moved in and want to make sure all is ok.

Need someone to come out today to unblock or confirm that toilet being clogged is a common issues so strata plumbing can come to fix it

Some of the silicone around the shower is coming apart. Job to re silicone the shower

As can see from photos, my wall/built in toilet's buttons stop working. I took the plastic cover off and the flush still works by manually lifting/operating, but when I put the plastic cover back on it doesn't work. Quick easy job for someone knows how to fix.
