We need the pipes dropped lower to better allow washing machine etc waste water to flow out. I'd estimate the existing plumbing needs to come down about 2 inches so the water isn't having to go up to make it into the waste holes.

The taps in our laundry won’t turn off. They have previously been connected to the washing machine, we have had to turn off the water mains to remove the washing machine. The taps won’t budge and need help fixing them so we can turn the water mains back on. Don’t need a full service, just fixed enough to turn water mains on so it doesn’t flood the house.

I have an old free standing tub that is held up with two metal brackets on the wall. That tub needs to be removed and replaced with a 1500 double sink that has legs and a pot rack underneath. I just need the plumber to fit and supply plumbing sink outlet drains and obviously fit the sink. Dryer next to current sink will be removed.
