We have a new tap for our kitchen benchtop but we need to expand the current hole from 40 to 50mm. Benchtop is 4 cm thick. What we need: - disconnect and remove current tap - remove the middle shelf (requires sink pipe to be unscrewed - should be easy i think) - increase current hole to 50 mm without damaging the benchtop. I can assist to make sure its done as safely as possible (spraying water etc). - no disposal of materials or tap required Date: either Friday, Saturday or Sunday Visitors parking available in building. Just moved and the when the washing machine is connected to the tap, the metal around the tap leaks. When the washing machine is not connected there is no leak

I would like to reuse my own, brand new, already installed toilets, taps and showerheads. I would also need to replace old vanities in both bathrooms and install a new sink/cabinet in the laundry.
