Need to fix a pipe is leaking under the house

There is a small crack in the plastic piece that the hose feeds into (back of toilet). It looks like the part just needs replacing but I don’t want to pull it apart myself.

The toilet won't flush anymore. In the morning it just started with the water coming higher than usual and then slowly flushing down. Now the water won't go back down.
