Hi, I have all the stuff that you need, I need toilet taken out and a new one put in

1. remove existing mixer tab from kitchen sink and replace with new tap, the new tap has already been purchased. 2. remove existing basin mixer tap in toilet and replace with new tap, new tap has already been purchased.

We have an existing booster switch for our solar hot water. I would like it replaced with a smart switch so that I can schedule times.

Have a shower tap that keeps leaking. It has been fitted with ceramic 1/2 spindles.

Hi, there seems to be a leak from the bathroom shower to the carpet. The shower cubical was inspected and found that the shower screen is leaking onto the floor. So, the water pipes is fine and it is just the shower is leaking onto the floor. We would need someone to help seal the leak with silicon or provide a solution to stop the leaking.
