Kitchen Sink is loose and out of its socket

We just bought a new home and need assistance with two toilet issues: 1. Toilet 1: Won’t stop filling up after flushing. 2. Toilet 2: Flushing mechanism isn’t working. I can’t remove the lids to inspect, so need a bit of help here! Looking for someone with plumbing experience who can troubleshoot and repair. Please bring any necessary tools.
