There are few small works for: 1. Replace 2xfaulty light switches I think no replacement needs only repair - in case of replacement I can buy from Bunnings 2. Repair the leaking laundry tap I think need just some tape. I can provide tapes. Just need to fix the leaks 3- see the image - needs to be replaced
