The drain pipe under the vanity needs to be connected/plumbed as new vanity has just been installed.

I currently have an instant hot water system which is on its last legs. I would like to install a new one. This is a 3 bed 2 bathroom house so please spec it for 4-5 people. I would like to stick with gas but I am not sure if I want to go with the tank or the instant again. Please provide your recommendation and price for the system and the installation. I prefer a Bosh or Rheem system. Please also state the model, power and size of the recommended unit.
