(See photos) I decided to go into the manhole in the ceiling to lay some panels….however some “unprofessional” plumbing has been carried out some time ago, where there is a copper pipe literally running right down the middle of the manhole! God knows who did that, but suffice to say, we need a professional to effectively re-route around the manhole so I can access properly. This is a relatively simple job for a Pro. I believe the pipe is a water pipe given it has several connector pipes.

2 part job in Beeliar. Part 1: Fix a leak. Garden has retaining wall, the lowest station below the wall was leaking with the system off. I put a cap on that sprinkler and then next one along started leaking. Not sure where solenoid is. Need help identifying leak and fixing it. Part 2: Fix remaining reticulation, some areas of the lawn are not getting much water and grass is dying. Help by either adding new sprinklers or adjusting current ones so problem areas are getting water as well. Also some sprinklers in garden bed are just dribbling out water, please help fix. - Due date: Flexible

Install tap to hot water outlet under the sink and fasten dishwasher inlet and outlet pipe. Plug and hot water pipe already in place but require an outlet for the inlet pipe and require the drainage pipe to be securely fastened. - Due date: Needs to be done on Friday 20 October 2023
