Replace washer on laundry taps

I had another air tasker come fix a dripping hot water tap. They fixed this, but left without turning the hot water system back on. I am unable to do this. I messaged them to ask them to come turn it back on, and they said they would but have since turned off the function to be able to contact them. So our house is now without hot water. I just need someone to please turn the hot water back on. Thanks heaps

Chains broken on blinds and toilet seat has come off.

I have a leaky shower head (see 1st pic) and the tap on my sink popped off that needs to be fixed back on (see 2nd pic). I also need a cap taken off my dishwasher outlet so I can finish installing the dishwasher (see 3rd pic). It's too tight for my to do myself.

I have a leak in two spots in my gutter. One leak is on the down pipe and one in the gutter.

I am looking for a plumber to complete the full installation of drains in floor of two toilets, as neither currently has. The job will involve excavation, plumbing work, and reinstallation of tiles. The cost of materials can be excluded from the overall price and will be paid separately. I am flexible with the timing.

Recommend electronic timers for Purchase and then Install these timers into existing garden irrigation system, as pictured. If you would prefer to purchase equipment please include in your quote. End goal : would like to have the water for each tap under the large tap turn on for 10 mins and then off, then move to next tap 10 mins on and off etc. at a certain time of day. Keep in mind - the pipes/ taps are quite close together (pic attached).

Reposting because I just wanted to confirm that replacing the internal tap valves was not going to fix the leak long term (it worked for about 5 days) So need someone with better knowledge tap leaks to repair the leaks properly My two taps are at a constant leak even after replacing the valves First the valves got stuck and water wouldn’t come out now the shower head constantly leaks Also check if the shower head is leaking back into the wall

I need a qualified plumber to attend to a leaking noise in out toilet. After flushing you can still hear the water dripping.The septic tank is built in behind the wall, hence why a qualified plumber is required to come out identify the issue and rectify it. I have attached photos so you can see how the toilet is designed.
