Toilet keeps running water

Leaky tap needs replacing, I have purchased a new single lever mixer tap set. Which need to be installed, on the 13th of January. Thank you.

Laundry renovation. Need outlets for washing machine and laundry sink adjusted. We have both appliances and have taken gyprock off wall to expose the pipes.

Qualified plumber needed. Outdoor Deck Area has a new roof. The guttering runs down to just above the ground and has not been connected to the stormwater. There is a small leak of gas from the plastic pipe that connects the valve and stove. The pipe need to be replaced. Budget is flexible.

Food has got trapped in the pipe underneath my sink, even though I have an incinerator. So the sink is filling with water. Pipe under neath just needs to open and pull food out. Half an hour job max as this has happened before

Quotes or hourly rates accepted. Need the exposed terracotta sewer pipes as shown replaced with Pvc and properly primed and sealed to prevent future root ingress. The main toilet run must be completed in 1 day (second photo) yet the others (laundry, kitchen, second toilet) can be any time. The section under concrete is a straight 6m segment of terracotta but instead of removal a new 10cm pvc pipe can be pushed through the 16cm terracotta pipe to the boundary trap inspection port (any roots inside here may need cleaning out, and for easier pvc entry the soft soil yard clearence may need to be dug up). Total length of all pipes is about 20m. The main toilet is pvc up to 10cm behind brickwork in blue highlight, last photo, needs to be cut through 1 layer brick to connect the new pvc. .

The kitchen sink is blocked, checked the U pipe and it was okay, so should be blocked down in the drainage pipe. Would require some tools like plumbing snake or high pressure jet to unblock it I guess.
