I need a brand new Zip Hydroptap installed. It replaces an existing unit. Hole cut for tap, water connection in place

Grey water is backing up and then slowly draining. Believe it needs a hose.

Leaky tap in the bathroom needs to be fixed.

The water valve in the main bathroom toliet is no longer working well. When the tank is filled with water, it doesn't stop but start flushing in the toilet. May need to replace the water valve.

Like the title says, I need somebody handy to come over and fix the toilet that never stops running. You’ll need your own tools, but if a Bunnings trip for any replacements parts is needed, I’ll happily reimburse you for the cost and additional time.

We have a commercial tenancy that used to be an endoscopy hospital. We are having the electricity disconnected and terminated this Friday and need the plumbing services and hot water services decommissioned and terminated as well to enable us to commence Demolition. In the attached plan it shows nine basins and two WC’s that need, disconnection and capping to enable us to demolish the tenancy. There is good access below by an underground carpark so it could be that the cappings can be done back there which would be a preference and the existing pipes taken down (we can supply the skip) . And obviously makes it much easier.

I found there are water leaks from the water heater. Please refer to the photos. I need to get this fixed ASAP.
