I’m putting in a drainage pipe for a patio. There is a guttering drain in the ground that I need the draining pipe connected to, to allow run off Photo attached of the guttering pipe in the ground. The drain will run along the endge of the step pictured and need to be connected to the white pipe. There is no flowing or pressured water in the pipe, it’s just guttering run off

We need washers changed on all these shower and sink taps. Also one of the handles of the show tap keeps falling off, a simple replacement for that one.

Shower mixer cartridge needs replacement and shower handle to be fixed. Zuchheti brand. Parts are usually available as per a plumber who looked at it a couple of months ago. Never got around to actually doing it. Supply & Install Replacement Mixer Cartridge Inspect and dismantle Mixer Tap and remove existing Mixer Cartridge. Replace with suitable mixer cartridge. Re assemble tap and test on completion. Re install handle with new screw

I need someone to replace the drain in my kitchen sink. I have the part and know that it fits but the area under the sink is a big hodgy podge so needs a plumber to have the right part/ be able to retro fit to make it go in

I moved into a new house this week. I need the water settings adjusted to increase the temperature.

Old toilet seat has broken; we need a new one installed. New toilet seat has been purchased. Only issue is that we can’t remove one nut from old hinge - see photo. So you will need to be able to do this. Toilet has been cleaned!

Outdoor tap is fitted to copper pipe that passes through a brick wall. I replaced the tap, but in the process, damaged the copper pipe that it attaches to, probably within the wall. There is small leak coming out the other side of the wall. The other side is accessible. Not massively urgent as the water is outside. Suspect that the a new pipe needs to be soldered on the other side of the wall, through the wall and the tap fitting replaced. A small puddle on water gathers on the bottom area of the cupboard of the kitchen sink each day. Not sure where it’s coming from. Double sink above, dishwasher to the left. Working at home currently - Monday my best day.

Kitchen sink has detached from marble bench top

Just moved. Washing machine (fisher & paykel) not connected properly, potentially split pipe, water coming out of bottom of machine. Hot water feed requires connection, House taps hot water pressure low.

Kitchen sink tap has been wobbly for a few days (as not sitting flush on the sink) - now these bits dropped off Tap is working ok from a water prospective.

We have 2 toilets that need fixing; 1 x keeps running 1 x the seat has come loose

Leaking PVC Downpipe, approximately 3M up the side of the house, will need to cut pipe and insert coupling.

We have a garden watering system installed by the previous owner. It is a complex system with two timers, rainwater tanks, pump and multiple attached fittings. We don't use it as we don't understand how it works, which parts are operational and what repairs are required. We would like someone who knows what they are doing to review the system to assess it, figure out what needs to be and then give us a quote to repair it and get working.
