2 Bathroom taps are leaking, needs to change

I want to relocate this large water tank to the back near the fence.

Here is what I need done: Kitchen Tap: The tap / tap head is loose. Might be as simple as tightening or a replacement maybe required. Bathroom Vanity Sink sealant needs replacing Shower Sealant to be completely replaced to become water tight, Out door window sealant needs to be replaced as current sealant is insufficent.

Experiencing slow draining sink in kitchen (ground floor of house)

Experiencing slow draining sinks in bathroom and kitchen and one of toilets is also draining very slowly.

Both sink and shower taps are leaking

The drain in the guest bathroom which is located just a few meters from the main drainage system.

The gutter in our factory is rusted and has started leaking. We need it to be replaced.

Tenants have stated there is a problem with the hot water in the shower. Turns suddenly cold and then scalding hot. Happens even when no-one else in house is using the water. Problem could be the mixer unit in the shower or the hot water unit itself or both.

The roof of the front porch is lined with wood panels. It is now leaking and look like it is collecting water inside. Above the porch is the veranda which has plumbing for water.

I've purchased the parts. The only tricky bit I believe is actually the spindle on the left in the shower (the newer looking one). It's a bit worn, and i'm having trouble getting purchase on it with a wrench to get it off.
