Replace existing shower and attachment with a new one.

I need to get a dishwasher, a coffee machine plumbed up and a water filter plumbed to the sink. Water filter and dishwasher are an easy install. Very straight forward. The coffee machine install requires some cutting into a concrete floor to run a new drainage to coffee machine from floor waste and also to create a cold water point from kitchen sink to coffee machine. floor then needs to be professionally patched up.and all plumbing for coffee machine to be functional. Please see the photos below. First photo is the plumbing under the current sink. The second photo is the drain that sits between the current sink and the bench opposite the sink ( approx 1.2 m apart) where the coffee machine will go. This is why the cutting of the concrete to create needs to happen so that we can run exisitng plumbing to reach coffee machine. The third photo is a couple of image of the bench where the coffee machine will sit. Currently the bench where the coffee machine will go is gutted but it will have a travertine top on it.

Pull out the water filter and tank under the kitchen sink. Make sure everything is sealed properly.

Blocked drain, needs specialist tools

Current outdoor shower is only connected to the hose outlet, so cold only. I have bought a new hot/cold outdoor shower and we have a Rinnai gas water heater on the same wall outside, so would need a plumber to tap a new line into the hot pipe and feed it along the wall to the new shower. I'm looking for a plumber to plumb our fridges water and ice supply. There are already holes in the cabinetry which pass through the dishwasher to the sink.

Old bracket broke got a new one,all that needs to be done is to unscrew the rail ,get the old one out and put the new one in ,shouldn’t take more than 10 minutes I reckon,I’m just not the best in working with my hands and handy men charge unreasonable fees ,would like to get more reasonable prices for a job that simple here hopefully.
