I’ve got a few issues with our taps that we have been holding off with for a while and we’re noticing the water drains very slow. We also have a faulty toilet that makes constant noises that we are unsure about. We need some diagnostics from a licensed plumber Thank you!

Michelin water pressure 2.1 KW 240 V doesn't produce pressure

Very old shower taps/plumbing no longer sealing when turned off. Shower head leaks constantly. Five or 6 tightens can just stop it but then kids are unable to turn them on by themselves. Believe washers are long gone but being older style taps it falls outside of my DIY capabilities...

Rubber seal has come loose, unsure if it needs to be glued back and placed in correctly. Should be a quick fix I believe. Ideally we would like it fixed this Friday is possible.

My bathroom sink has fallen in. It is not cracked, luckily. I need the old grout/ silicon? that sealed it into the vanity stripped off and need the sink remounted into the bathroom vanity. The pipes under the sink look intact, the sink has come to a rest against the internal side of the vanity, so didn’t fall far enough to crack the basin or damage the pipes.i am hoping this can be done today, as I have a busy week, and understand there is an extra cost for a Sunday. I found the sink like this whe I came home last night. Thanks.

Just got a new washer dryer combo and the drainage pipe has an adaptor in it. The adaptor and the drainage pipe are fitting loosely not sealed

washing machine wont drain water. Possibly water pump broken or pipe blocked.
