Hi there, we need some one professional to inspect our water heating system as there is a temperature fluctuation when using hot water and adjusting temperature for example when taking shower. Here, when we adjust the water temperature with taps (separate for cold and hot water), the water temperature fluctuates (most of the time drops) after a short time and then we need to adjust water temperature again. To fix this issue we need someone (a licensed person/plubmer) who is able to inspect and diognose the issue first and suggest how to fix it. Thanks

Hi, the water tank is leaning and we want to change it. We have a spare new round water tank available. I think the old tank will require draining and removal. The ground needs to be reinforced with digging it out and setting new concrete footings etc. Then we can position the new tank.

Tap leaks. Please fix. Water comes out top and bottom. I wrapped silicone to stop it, but that didn't work. Edited based on comments: New spout may be required. I'm updating the budget to include $50 spout as suggested. Let me know if you bring it or if I need to purchase prior to job.

Hi, I am welcoming quotes for toilet unclogging and potential drain clearing. I have tried plunging and drain snake. Was not able to find the issue. Adjacent sinks/drains are not blocked. Our toilet cistern won’t flush, the ball float inside the cistern has broken, and it constantly fills with water, so the ball may need replacing (see pics) Also looking for you to change the taps in main bathroom (3 sets, shwr,basin,bath) and in ensuite (2sets, shwr & basin), to some more modern ones as they are very old style taps (see pics). The hand basin also in main bathroom has 2 cracks, and needs replacing or repairing also, see attached photo.. Hi there! This is a Porcher Veneto toilet. One of the valve inside is not functioning so it’s leaking at the moment. For fixing the valve, I found a relevant website, which is attached below. I’m not sure if it’s helping or not. For replacing the toilet, since the window behind the toilet is only 73cm high and we want to keep the toilet lower than the window, I found some potential substitutes as well.
