Hi, I am welcoming quotes for toilet unclogging and potential drain clearing. I have tried plunging and drain snake. Was not able to find the issue. Adjacent sinks/drains are not blocked. It seems unlikely to be tree roots as house is on a concrete slab. Please note if you have capabilities for CCTV inspection, drain unclogging etc.

Our toilet cistern won’t flush, the ball float inside the cistern has broken, and it constantly fills with water, so the ball may need replacing (see pics) Also looking for you to change the taps in main bathroom (3 sets, shwr,basin,bath) and in ensuite (2sets, shwr & basin), to some more modern ones as they are very old style taps (see pics). The hand basin also in main bathroom has 2 cracks, and needs replacing or repairing also, see attached photo.. I will need you to supply Toilet parts, Taps, and the Brm basin and whatever else is required to complete task.. Prefer if someone can do it asap..

Hi there! This is a Porcher Veneto toilet. One of the valve inside is not functioning so it’s leaking at the moment. For fixing the valve, I found a relevant website, which is attached below. I’m not sure if it’s helping or not. For replacing the toilet, since the window behind the toilet is only 73cm high and we want to keep the toilet lower than the window, I found some potential substitutes as well. Hi there, My water pump has been broken for a while. It can be opened but there is no water pressure. Also the leaking toilet needs to be looked into as well. The toilet is a very old and special Porcher toilet. I found the parts online and here attached the details.

There’s something wrong with my solar hot water system. I used to keep the solar boost on and have hot water all the time. Now I don’t have hot water in the night but get hot water in the morning (if I don’t manually boost it with the electricity meter). I am unsure what the problem is and had electrician come and have a look, couldn’t figure out. I am looking for a solar hot water expert to help me find out the issue and get it fixed.
