The property is an older house currently occupied by students. The bathroom drain is completely blocked, making it unusable. We have tried all available methods to unblock it, but without success. The house is on stumps, but accessing the area beneath the bathroom is very difficult. If you can successfully unblock the drain, there will be no need to install a new shower base. However, if the blockage cannot be cleared, the existing base will need to be removed, and a new shower base installed with properly connected drain pipes.

Need to check and fix leaky flush valve or check for any debris as water is filling in the tank very slowly

Install a new sink mixer in the kitchen sink

We are looking to convert a shower we do not use into a steam room. (It has a portable steam room in there already, which we would take out) We have sourced a perfect piece of Perspex that needs to be attached to the top of the shower cubicle (with brackets or silicone?) to close in the top. Anything to close up the gaps in the shower door would be good too (plastic strip)? If possible drilling a small hole in the perspex for the hose would be welcome but not essential. (We have the steam unit already to go in = no need to install etc) With thanks

Remove existing sink and replace with supplied sink ( as pictured ). Hole to be drilled in new sink and new mixer tap installed. The existing bench cut out may have to be slightly enlarged. Current Sink is 950mm long and new is 1000mm.

Water leaks to the floor below the bathroom, so we need: 1. Reseal the shower. 2. Repair the bathroom ceiling below. 3. If necessary, section need to be removed for investigation & to observe the leak from below, recommend remedial works to plaster are completed after the waterproofing has been rectified and the shower is re-tested in a similar manner.
