I have a toilet in my ensuite that is continually flowing with water into the bowl. It has ceased to flush and I have turning the water off at the tap to isolate the toilet but it's at the point of being incontinent as I cannot use the toilet. I had a plumber look at this previously and they temporarily stopped a leak but it's now not stopping or flushing.
