I need an outdoor tap moved from where it is in the picture to the other side of the house approx 10m on the same wall and also install new Hoselink hose.

The toilet valve might need adjustment as it keeps running after flushing. Also, the mechanism that enables the soft clothes on the toilet lid isn’t working and likely needs tightening. This is happening on all three toilets.

We have a new fridge arriving. We have plumbing installed in the fridge cavity. Told it would take about 20 minutes to install, but need a certified plumber.

We seem to have a plumbing issue which is resulting in little to no hot water in our unit. I believe it’s either the pressuring limiting valve or the tempering valve that’s failed. Suspect the PLV needs replacing. The valves are underneath the sink in the laundry.

I'm doing a minor kitchen renovation at the moment adding a new bar cabinet, and am looking for a licensed plumber to: 1. Install new drain / cold water tap ready for a coffee machine to be plumbed in 2. Install new cold water tap above fridge. Existing floor waste is adjacent to where the coffee machine needs to drain and is currently being used as a drainage point for A/C return feeds in-wall (see photo) - and needs to be extended across 30cm to under where new cabinet will go. Cold water line runs above new tap point - plaster has already been removed - see photo and plan. Cold water line for fridge can be installed in cavity above - again plaster already removed. We are looking for a plumber or suitably proficient handyman to fix the water pressure in our kitchen mixer tap. Both the hot and cold water coming from our mixer tap is running extremely slowly. We replaced the mixer tap around 18 months ago when the previous tap sprung a leak in one of the under-cabinet hoses from corrosion. Our replacement was like for like however since then the water pressure coming out of the tap has reduced to barely a trickle. The lines under the sink have lots of pressure as does every other tap in our house but for some reason the kitchen tap is terrible. Need advice on how to fix it or if need be installation of a new tap if the existing one is not fixable.

Bought a water pump to fix the flow of our external rainwater tanks, but I don't have the skills to install! The pump purshased is Ozito 3,600L/H (will accept advice on whether this is an ok pump to install in location). The tap in the photo trickles water and therefore can't be used for irrigation currently. Intent is to install a pump to ensure this tap can be used. Ideally need tasker to provide materials to cut into existing pipes. Tap is fed by two tanks. Keen to ideally ensure that the pump is founded in some way rather than just sitting loose. I am also going to need to get power installed, as there are no GPOs in vicinity. Happy to discuss this with a tasker who has the skills or again take advice on this. I have a basic kitchen tap which rotates 360 degrees, it has simply come loose and looking for a person with the right spanner’s etc to tighten it back up. Quick job, in and out.
