My toilet is not refilling properly and makes a whistling noise when in use. It seems like an issue with the fill valve. Need someone to diagnose and fix it, and possibly replace the fill valve if needed.

We had a water filter attached to the tap head but one of the attachments are firmly stuck on to the tap and can’t be removed. Would greatly appreciate a handyman type person as it will definitely require some tools.

Give me quotes. Install the toilet suite. The only problem is the flush pipe coming from the wall needs to be coming from the opposite side of the toilet so it is close to the outlet of the flush and also making space for the toilet to be close enough to the wall.

I'm doing a minor kitchen renovation at the moment adding a new bar cabinet, and am looking for a licensed plumber to: 1. Install new drain / cold water tap ready for a coffee machine to be plumbed in 2. Install new cold water tap above fridge. Existing floor waste is adjacent to where the coffee machine needs to drain and is currently being used as a drainage point for A/C return feeds in-wall (see photo) - and needs to be extended across 30cm to under where new cabinet will go. Cold water line runs above new tap point - plaster has already been removed - see photo and plan. Cold water line for fridge can be installed in cavity above - again plaster already removed. I have a basic kitchen tap which rotates 360 degrees, it has simply come loose and looking for a person with the right spanner’s etc to tighten it back up. Quick job, in and out.

Bathroom sink needs to be unblocked and cleared. You will need to remove the drawer to access the pipes so please bring tools to do so. Pics attached.

The tap has come away from the sink, and needs fixing

To remove current vanity basin that is leaking and replace with new one. Use existing tapeware and drainage pipes. Will need to supply new basin to the value of approx $200. No requirement to cut into bench prefer a clean swap. Basin needs to be rectangle shape minimum 500mm x maximum depth 500mm - please discuss. Existing vanity to be stored under house ie not available for resale or to be taken.

After I flush my toilet it makes a loud whistling sound as it’s refilling

We have just removed our pool deck to find a cracked stormwater elbow. I have purchased the replacement and glue but need someone to replace this. We can’t get the old one off - I’m sure there is a skill to it!

I wish to remove an empty slimline rainwater tank (approximately 1,000L). The down-pipe has been diverted about 4m to the tank and the overflow goes into the stormwater. The down-pipe will need to be rerouted straight down and the excess pipe removed. The Rapidplas tank is in good condition and could be re-used or council waste vouchers available.
