Looking to renovate my small laundry to look like the photo attached. Will need someone to remove existing cabinets and sink and replace with new cabinets, new sink and shelves. Would like for you to supply the cabinets and benchtop. I’ll supply the sink and tapware. I have a plumber to do the plumbing.

Plumber required to install washing machine in an apartment in spring hill. which required to extend the water supply from the the tap and connect the drain to sink drain.

My mothers studio has a leaking tab, water keeps tipping even after it's closed and the bench also keeps getting flooded with water, looking for it to be fixed today if possible but also tomorrow if you dont have enough time today. Current tap is dripping/leaking - suspect the washer is worn. Have tried to replace myself but can’t get the tap to loosen so that this can be replaced. Have new taps to be installed rather than replacing the washer on existing.

We have a hot water issue that we need a licensed plumber to fix. We have perfect hot water to the kitchen and laundry but only warm water to both the ensuite and main bathroom sinks and showers - the bathrooms go through the same tempering valve. Suspect we might need a new tempering valve installed. After a quote to come out and rectify.

My toilet has been squeaking after flushing. I understand it’s probably the fill valve which needs to be replaced. I would greatly appreciate advice as to appropriate replacement (if needed) of the valve so have incorporated this into the price. The toilet mechanism is working fine, ie it flushes, but the system connecting the button to the flush is not working. I have purchased all parts required and need someone to install. It doesn’t require removing the cistern, just replacing the button mechanism
