I have a rusted out square downpipe that my previous tenants look to have tried to fix with tape. Also a small bit of roofing where the guttering needs to be extended and downpipe perhaps moved if needed.

I need a water tank removed as it is too big and wasting space. It is in a tricky position so may need to cut the tank etc but I will leave it up to you to decide. Tank is empty and assume still working, it’s just too big for us and blocking a path and we will replace with smaller one. Person to remove and take off site.

We have a 900mm floorstanding vanity that needs replacing. We have purchased basically exactly the same vanity and just need to do a switch. So it will be to remove the existing vanity and put the new one with a new sink mixer in. Prefer plumber to ensure plumbing all correct and silicon ready for use. Thanks Emma

We have to replace a vanity and sink mixer. The existing vanity is exactly the same as the new one we have bought and the old vanity needs to be removed. The new vanity needs to be installed with the mixer working and the silicon reseal. Plumber preferred.

There are leaks when there is heavy rain. Water falling onto ground d close to wall. Need it replaced with something that will not leak.

Need some professional who can remove the old kickboard from vanity and replace with the new kickboard.
