Find an experienced plumber in Browns Plains QLD

The house is two storey, with easy access to plumbing downstairs in the garage (you can see the floorboards from downstairs, see photos). The first issue is the drain pipes are leaking. I think it's the join between the drain and the drain pipe, as it has deteriorated quite badly. I've taken the pipes apart to investigate the issue and expect a new drain to get put into the existing metal shower base (it is not tiled). The second issue is the shower taps and shower head are leaking, which is only stopped by overtightening. I had a plumber put new taps in and grind /reseat them, and I anticipate it's the same again. For now I just want quarter turn taps installed, as I'm told they have a ceramic seal and won't need to be replaced as frequently like the existing tap style. Airtasker price is for labour only. I'll pay for the taps and drain, just give me the pricing for the parts and show me how much they are, +15% for supplying them for the job. Ideally, the job is done before Easter. Please reply with what you think the problems are caused from (see photos), a broad plan to remedy, and likely cost(s). Advise if you think it's a bigger job that costs.

Few tiles came out from the bathroom and there is a leak too, all needs fixing.
