Install a kitchen tap mixer and a bathroom tap mixer

I need a qualified plumber to attend to a leaking noise in out toilet. After flushing you can still hear the water dripping.The septic tank is built in behind the wall, hence why a qualified plumber is required to come out identify the issue and rectify it. I have attached photos so you can see how the toilet is designed.

There is a water leakage from garden pipe connector built into the external wall.

Replacement of a broken bathroom sink in built drain plug. Replacement already on site, see pictures.
