Need a plumber for the task

Hello. We need help to check our sink in the laundry. There seems to be a small leak although we can't seem to locate it. The floor will be slightly wet. This is why we know there is a leak. We would need help to address the leak as well. The washing machine is connected to it. Picture is attached. Thanks.

Looking for someone to completely uninstall, and ideally take away, our Fisher and Paykel dish drawers, which are installed in our island bench. Also need the water isolated, as we won’t be installing a new one for a few months.

1, Fix the problem - Shower head dripping. 2,Shower to be cleaned, remove mould, re-grout, reseal,and silicone on glassdoor. It's ideal you can do 1+2, if not, tell me which one you can and how you will charge. Jobs need to be done the sooner the better.

Toilet install . It is brand new so I have all the parts and instructions to this Mica Tornado Flush Wall Faced Toilet Suite . Some of it has been started and the toilet is in the bathroom so no unnecessary lifting. Please see 3 pictures. It seems it should l be a quick and easy job for someone who knows how to do it.

We are changing out our kitchen, including sink, and require the following services by a Licensed Plumber: 1. Removal of the existing waste drain from the double sink (refer to the attached images), down to a level to enable installation of new cabinets. 2. Removal or cut-back of an old gas line that would have connected to a previous gas stove. It is about 200mm of copper pipe extending into the cabinet next to the oven. I don't think it is pressurised, but not sure of its history - I believe the gas cook top was removed more than 10 years ago. 3. After the new kitchen goes in, installation of the new tap/sink and a dishwasher. We will need items 1 and 2 to be completed this week if possible by Friday 28th Feb.(apologies for the late request - our previous plumber only became unavailable recently). And task number 3 to be done by the 5th-7th of March. Happy to discuss further for quotes.

Can’t see a water leaking point. However, the vanity base looks like decomposed.

The drain connected to my washing machine is blocked. When the washing machine runs, water overflows outside the drain. The drain is located in the backyard. Experience in clearing blocked drains. Must have your own tools and equipment. Available to complete the task as soon as possible.

Kitchen sink drainage block plus leaking

I’ve just moved into a new house and have two small plumbing jobs. I want to get a small cold water tap installed behind the fridge. The space for the fridge in the kitchen is across from the kitchen sink. The house is on stumps so there is access under the house (about a meter clearance). See attached house plan for location and approximate distance from kitchen sink. I also want to replace the mixer tap on the kitchen sink with one I’m getting from Bunnings, so just need that installed.

Toilet in office warehouse has clogged a couple of times in the last month or so, usually we use a plunger to get the problem fixed but this time nothing is working and water is starting to come out from shower drain and backing up in sink drain

Sink underneath pipe got disconnected with the sink. Need to replace the glue and fix it.

Replace bathroom vanity. Vanity size is 84(length) X 74(height)X 51(depth) cm. The task is to get a new vanity (I will pay separately for the vanity or I can buy if you let me know where to get it from), remove and dispose of the old vanity, and replace it with the new vanity.
