We need a licensed electrician and a licensed plumber to get this job done. We will highly prefer if the plumber and the electrician come as a team rather than us outsourcing individually. We had an EMF (Electro Magnetic Field) specialist come and measure our house and found higher than normal fields. She discovered that our copper water pipe is conducting these fields from the surrounding houses. Therefore, we need a plumber to Insert a length of plastic pipe in the water pipe to break the conductivity. The process shouldnt be too hard. I have attached the directions. We would like this done as soon as possible. Please let me know how much you would charge for this. We need this done ASAP
