Need to change the kitchen sink mixer tap

Bathroom basin taps: hot completely stuck, cold reduced flow Kitchen : dripping

Toilet is leaking at floor level from the silicone join

Needing plumbing/pipes adjusted to fit in new laundry cupboard and connect sink to drain

Shower, basin and toilet are constantly dripping

Need to put in a short term solution to stop water from the shower running onto rest of the bathroom floor. Previous owners renovated the bathroom but did not do a great job of levelling the surface so the water does not naturally run down drain. Have had a rubber lining but it has become unstuck so have had to put a towel there to soak the water up. Open to options but not looking to spend a fortune

I’m not sure what we need. From all the water tap and showers no hot water only cold water is being supplied. Not sure if we need electrician or plumber

Hot water system is mounted above flood-line outside, but the current mount/stand was obviously not installed correctly and is beginning to collapse. Needing someone who can repair it, Unsure if a plumber required to deal with the actual system while repairs occur? Obviously happy to negotiate cost if that's required.

The back pipe got disconnected from the toilet seat.

The kitchen tap is the main issue, it's just come loose from its holding and Im not sure how to put it back in place. It's not a big deal but water keeps getting in the gap it's left and it's gotten some mould underneath the sink. The other issue which isn't an issue is the hot water tap in the shower, it makes a loud screaming sound unless you go full blast and I run out out of hot water quick

Our Electric hot water system tank within our house is starting to slowly leak from the bottom. Need qualified hot water system technician to troubleshoot and fix asap. House is located near Cairns Central, 4870

Looking at changing this contraption into a vanity unit. It’s a really outdated sink situation. It’s 89cm across that wall, 600mm vanity would be fine. Just something very simple in white. Is it made more complex by the need for tiling work? Please send your quotes!

Labour cost to remove my old Toilet and replace with a new toilet. (I will buy the toilet beforehand)

New toilet system needs fitted

We have a rainwater tank at the back of our house which was installed when the house was built. The original pump no longer works, so we want to install a new pump on the right-hand side (see first image for where it needs to be installed) so we can continue using the collected rainwater. The current setup for switching between the town water and the rainwater tank is a manual lever, and is located on the left-hand side of the tank (see second image for where the new pump needs to connect to). We will have the new pump and installation kit (as per third and fourth images), but have no other tools. Ideally you will be able to come out and assess the existing tank setup prior to taking on the job.
