Was the only plumber who offered a reasonable price for our 2 jobs. Really appreciated that- as I’m not working and my parents are seniors. Installed a dishwasher. And came up with an innovative way to install our outdoor sink - making the outdoor tap work as I had the wrong one& connecting the waste to our storm water drainage which is all we needed as it’s an outdoor sink for washing hands and dogs.

Need a quote to - Remove & replace a white 1200 ceramic vanity top (one tap hole & basin). Disconnect existing tap and plumbing and re-install afterwards and seal. Silicon the edge at the back of the vanity top and wall. Vanity top will be supplied & existing mixer tap. Dispose of the old vanity top.

Need: 1) Vanity installed. Connect waste and mixer. I have the vanity, S and P trap and other items. Extra note that the wood on the wall where the vanity is to be installed must be removed. See updated photos. 2) Shaving Cabinet installed. I have the item. 3) Toilet removed and new one installed. I have the toilet. Extra note that tiles need to be cut away to fit new toilet against the wall. See updated photos. 4) Shower mixer removed and replaced (same brand). I have the item. 5) Bath spout and pin levers replaced (same brand). I have the items. 6) Replace 2x wastes in small sinks from black to chrome. I have the items.

I need to remove 2 vanities (1 almost completely removed) and replace taps and units, replace taps in shower x 2, replace bath taps, replace toilet x 2, replace taps in hand basin x2, install laundry tub and replace tap set and replace washing machine tap set, replace kitchen taps.I have all the parts just need the work done. If you have basic carpentry skills this would be of benefit.
