Find an experienced plumber in Carlingford

We have two pipes running above ground currently (1x cold water in copper pipe, 1x hot water in flexible pipe). We need to lift them and pin them against the wall to make room for footings below ground

The toilet above is constantly blocked. I believe the blockage is in this section of plumbing in the photo. Given the area in the subfloor is easily accessible, I think it would be better to replace this section of clay pipes (and connecting joints) with new PVC, rather than plunge or drain snake from above (which will only be a short term fix). There is about 1.5m height where the photo was taken (can walk up to it), the far end is still about 1m high.

Qualified plumbers only please. Hoping to get a new dishwasher installed. We would need a hole cut in the cabinet and plumbing hooked up. May need an extension water hose and drain hose. Electrical is already there. I have a previous quote and was told it would be a straightforward job. Please see photos below.

The drainage in the bathroom is very slow

One bathroom in the house has old sets of shower and handbasin taps. All of these are to be replaced . Replacement taps to be provided by the cobtractor. There is a garden tap to be replaced, the replacement tap is provided. It's on a copper riser. Another garden tap is difficult to turn off. Needs washer replacement and possibly re-seating.

new simple tap bought from bunnings need to be installed in kitchen. 5-10 min job.

Replacing the toilet in Carlingford

Reapply new silicone for 2 bathroom showers and sinks. We have bought the silicone already, however we require someone professional to do a beautiful job. Thanks

Dishwasher rubber drain hose pipe has split at the connection and needs replacement

Help with unblocking dishwasher (Westinghouse WSF6602XA) which is not draining water. Checked filter and end of drainage pipe where it connects to the sink - no blockage there.

1) Need realignment of a bathroom wash basin tap 2) Need the caulking of wash basins in two bathrooms replaced due to mould (i.e., attachment to the wall & wash basin drainage opening). 3) Replace caulking of double kitchen sink due to mould.

our faucet is splashing everywhere because it is placed too high. i dont know what solutions can be done to fix this. replacement or maybe an extension to the faucte???
