Fix the toilet sink blockage and the flush leaking

There’s a leakage in the shower and we need it to be fixed as soon as possible.

Plumber require to supply and install Thermostatic Mixing Valves

our faucet is splashing everywhere because it is placed too high. i dont know what solutions can be done to fix this. replacement or maybe an extension to the faucte???

The bathroom tap has failed, and the shower head (corrosion and split). I have not brought any new tap or showerhead, so the plumber need to bring their own and fix the problem

Hot water isn't getting hot enough.

require licensed plumber to check my water hammer issue, happens only when I turn off hot water mixer taps and showers, had a pressure limiting valve installed at mains earlier in the year as my pressure was too high, but during this winter the hot water pipes have a hammer noise occurring, maybe need a expansion tank at the hot water system or secure loose pipes, have a hammer arrestor on one of the mixers, it doesn't help, have did the mains water off and to turn on all the taps to let the pressure out and turn water mains on, does not fix the issue, will require someone to check piping in walls roofing to the hot water system and resolve the issue
