The bathroom tap has failed, and the shower head (corrosion and split). I have not brought any new tap or showerhead, so the plumber need to bring their own and fix the problem

Hot water isn't getting hot enough.

require licensed plumber to check my water hammer issue, happens only when I turn off hot water mixer taps and showers, had a pressure limiting valve installed at mains earlier in the year as my pressure was too high, but during this winter the hot water pipes have a hammer noise occurring, maybe need a expansion tank at the hot water system or secure loose pipes, have a hammer arrestor on one of the mixers, it doesn't help, have did the mains water off and to turn on all the taps to let the pressure out and turn water mains on, does not fix the issue, will require someone to check piping in walls roofing to the hot water system and resolve the issue

toilet flushing keep running water

I got a couple of bidet sprays installed by an independent plumber. He asked to not use the toilet for 30 minutes so the seal settles in. Bidet spray are working but water not flowing into flush anymore and he’s long gone (not responding). Can someone please fix the water flow to flush.

Need to fix the moving commode and check for any leaking etc. We may also arrange a new commode. if required.
