Our double kitchen sink is currently using flexi pipe. It has been draining slowly and now stopped. Require experienced licensed plumber to - unblock it. I can see water dripping from a pipe outside my house. On closer inspection it seems it's not coming from the pipe but from within the house (the wood is wet). I need someone to help me figure out where the leak is coming from to see what I can do about it.

I was using the sink in my second bathroom today and noticed that the plug was damaged in the bathroom. In the first image, the gold part has been forcibly broken off. I have attached an image of the other bathroom plug to show you what the normal one looks like.
