Looking for a handyman or plumber with experience who can work out why the cistern keeps filling for no apparent reason in our ensuite bathroom toilet. We have to turn the tap off to stop the water running. Before flushing we turn the water back on. Does it need some kind of replacement parts or kit? Please see photos attached.
