Ideally today , Tomorrow or Thursday would be appreciated. I do this kind of job alot . Therefore I'm looking for plumber that reliable and reassemble price. If you can be that person welcome on board -Disconnect water heater -Re run pipe work through the other side of the wall. -support and run new pipe work and valves up to new heater. -install heater and connect pipework and valves. -test pipework is good. Laundry -remove old laundry taps. -cut out the wall to bring hot and cold pipes down under the laundry sink. Change to mixer tap. I will need to connect washing machine under sink as well -Install new no19 points -support pipe work, cap and test

Just need to fix the blockage of the down pipe as shown in the pic. Due to the blockage, the rain water is not going to the sewage pipe under ground. So need to clean that blockage. The diameter of the pipe is 900mm.
