Just need to fix the blockage of the down pipe as shown in the pic. Due to the blockage, the rain water is not going to the sewage pipe under ground. So need to clean that blockage. The diameter of the pipe is 900mm.
Good experience, and highly recommended and will be contacting again if the similar issue occurs in the future! Let’s see how it goes when the heavy rainfall comes. Hope all going alright. Haha

We are experiencing an intermittent hot water issue with the shower. We suspect it may have something to do with the fact there is a pipe leaking water from the hot water tank which we can see. Here are the details: • Problem: The shower often doesn’t have hot water, while the taps in the house do. • Pattern: Hot water availability varies throughout the day, often unavailable in late afternoons and nights, and particularly worse during autumn and winter months. • Background: • The hot water tank is new, but the issue has persisted since before its replacement. • With the old tank, we had issues with insufficient hot water, especially in winter. • The new tank provides properly hot water, but it’s inconsistent in availability. • Observations: • Recently noticed warm water coming out of a pipe attached to the hot water tank, which might be contributing to the problem. I also have a video I can show of the water leaking from the hot water tank via a pipe. (images are the pipe from the tank. and it piping toward nothing outside in the backyard.
