Qualified and licensed plumber wanted to replace two taps (one kitchen and one bathroom) and install hand-held bidet sprays in two toilets. All items have been purchased (see pictures).

Drainage pipe broken. Need replacement.

Wet rot on bottom of window but seems to be inside not outside. No water stains. You need to ID leak source and stop it or advise what is required . Please only reply if you have diagnostic equipment

Bathroom sink is blocked and water won’t drain. No debris is blocking the pipe so unsure why it won’t drain. - Due date: Flexible

Water only trickled and cistern would fill. Then would stop altogether. If I turned valves on and off would work again for while but now seized up completly. Photos are of tap by toilet and valve on wall outside the toilet. - Due date: Before Tuesday, 31 October 2023

Washing machine is not filling with water. The hose was removed to check for blockages but now dislodges itself every time water is turned on. We would greatly appreciate someone coming to fix the washing machine so it fills with water and ensures hose stays attached. - Due date: Before Thursday, 5 January 2023

In a 1960's built flat, and it's high time I renovated the small bathroom. Needs all tiles removed and new tiles installed, take out the bath and install a shower, and potentially taps for a washing machine. Also installation of wash basin. There seems to be a leak which has affected the plaster as well. 236 x 160 - Due date: Flexible

Cooper pipe leaking underground Pipe is only 20 cm below surface Issue allready identified and whole has allready been dug. I just need a plumber to fix the copper pipe at the T junction where the leak is.

Plumber - 2 tasks 1.move shower head 2. change taps to mixer. Bathroom has been gutted in preparation for renovation. I would like have taps changed to a mixer and move the shower head up around 50 cm. Can remove black sheet in photo for easy access to plumbing.
