I am after a plumber to assist. The toilet is blocked, when I flush the water fills up the bowl and then very slowly goes down.

My restock controller is broken. I've bought a replacement of the exact same model and just need them switching over/set up. Sprinkler snapped off and thread left stuck in the pipe. I have the new sprinkler, but need some help getting the old thread out.

After changing washers in both the hot and cold taps, the cold tap is now leaking from under the tap. New spindles purchased but not long enough. Extension required.
