Want to alter kitchen cabinet

Remove the existing water tap and install customer supplied tap

The hole on the shelf needs to be extended to fit the washing machine water pipe to go through. And also the water pipe needs to be manually connected and fastened.

I've accidentally turned on the rain water tank which I haven't used for many years. I think mud with rainwater go through the pipe to flash the toilet. 1st issue: First I can see the water in the water tank of the flash toilet gets pretty muddy for all 3 toilets. After few flush, no more water to fill the tank. 2nd issue: I've also seen some water leaking at water sink in the laundry room. This issue occurs after I turned the pump. It was happening at a downpipe, I guess there's something blocked the pipe and water starts to flow backward and starts leaking very slowly. The offer is for fixing both issues

To fix a kitchen tap that has come loose

2 floored Townhouse; Kitchen on the ground floor, two bathrooms on the floor above the kitchen; An investigation on a leak on the kitchen ceiling indicated that one of the bathroom vanity’s drain is causing the leak. Investigation is complete, need to repair the leak. Can connect with the plumber who did the investigation; Work involved per the investigating plumber: remove the vanity (it is on legs not attached to the wall), make a hole in the wall, look up where the leak is taking place, fix the leak and place everything back as it was; First photo shows where the leak appeared; Second photo is the view from the hole the investigating plumber cut through from the kitchen ceiling.. the centre hole you see between the two white pipes is from where the leak is dripping on the kitchen ceiling In Need of a qualified plumber who can fix the leak and provide a valid invoice after the works
