It seems that it may be the water meter/ pipe that is undergrown a problem, I need a licensed plumber to provide: labour and material for: - Use of leak detection equipment to locate leak near water meter that is underground - Once located, dig down to expose pipe - Repair leaking pipe - Backfill and tidy area

Toilet has a possible blockage down the line, no issues with backing up but is slow draining and occasionaly bubbles. Assuming either a partial blockage down the line or the breather is not working properly causing draining issues and the bubbles House and all plumbing to sewer is only 1 yr old so there will be no roots or anything causing blockages.... - Due date: Before Sunday, 8 October 2023
