3 small plumbing-related jobs: 1. Fixing the spout of our kitchen tap, it currently keeps swinging making it hard to wash dishes 2. Adjusting temp control valve, so that we get hotter water when we shower, similar to what we've experienced at hotel or air-bnb (so long as it doesn't impact structural integrity of pipes with water being hotter etc). 3. Fixing our toilet reservoir, which seems to be leaking as it refills every so often I don't imagine this would be very difficult nor expensive to replace parts, but looking to find someone who is licensed and insured especially as they will be looking at our temp control valve for our hot water.

Need to fix the cold water tap and the cold room pipe; both are leaking water.

Job is to disconnect all plumbing and to remove the existing 1200mm vanity, install and level supplied new 1200mm vanity and ceramic top, install all plumbing including supplied mixer tap and pop up waste. New vanity is in house in carton, needs 4 legs installed as is a floor standing model. Have included a photo of new vanity.

Toilet, sink and shower in one bathroom drains really slow. There’s air bubbles in sink and big ‘glug’ air noise when in use. The other bathroom and kitchen laundry seem to be ok.

Concrete the bottom of the 600x600mm pit to level with the stormwater pipe , so that mosquitoes don’t breed there. You supply the concrete. 3. Adjust kitchen mixer so it swings the spout easily to both left and right sinks, I don’t think it was installed correctly. 4. Fix leak at the end of another kitchen mixer. 5. Replace a hand shower ( I will supply the hand shower) 6. Install a new toilet seat (I will supply the new toilet seat). 7. Supply and install a flat lid for a redundant 100mm storm water pipe level with the footpath. You will supply plumbers tape, silicon, glue and as per scope. - Due date: Flexible
