Need toilet unblocked Not used often, Started blowing bubbles Now bowl fills but cannot pull paper down

We are looking at installing a new dishwasher at our unit but there is no suitable plumbing currently in place. New plumbing is required.

Our pedestal bath tap was spraying water at the base so my husband removed the tap and severed and closed the pipe that goes up inside to stop the flow. We need to either have the pipe repaired, or install a new tap. I’ m hoping I can buy supplies for both options from Bunnings and you can tell me what works best when you look at it.

Had a couple of instances over the past week where I've noticed ants in the house. The first time through the front door and covering all of downstairs. The latest spotting was through the downstairs toilet (hiding inside the tank and coming through the water when flushing). It's nothing too serious but hoping to resolve this with some protection before it gets worse. (Hopefully a very quick job or some advice.) Unsure about cost but will likely take lowest bidder if it's nothing serious.

The base of WC leaks when its flushed. It appears that the washer has erorded, as it only happens when flushed. Looking for a licenced plumber to fix it in Croydon sometime this week

The cold water washer is gone (water dropping), and it’s better to replace both the hot and cold washers at the same time. The bathtub tap is slightly bent but still functional; it just needs a slight adjustment.

Move our rain water tank a bit farther from our wall as it touches the wall.

The shower head is dripping water and needs to be fixed

I changed my old shower head to the new shower head. But even when the water is off it drips. Lease note that I am a little flexible with cost.

Replace kitchen tap with the new one I bought. The old tap is working but leaking. Also need advice for how to turn off water supply of my unit.

the dishwasher water is not draining, about and inch of water is stored inside. Ariston dishwasher, technical support said it is outlet drainage issue.

I need a leak repaired on my side of the water meter. Would like to get this repaired today or tomorrow if possible.

We have a leak from the pressure release valve on the gas hot water system. There seems to be a tiny hole on the valve itself spraying out water which ive temporarily taped up, but needs replacing ASAP.
