The hot water pressure valve in our hot water heater has broken and we'd like someone to replace it.

Reattach a toilet roll holder and fix up wall. My 4 year old hung on the toilet roll holder in our bathroom and it came off the wall along with some plaster board. The work is to fix it.

Our Rheem gas hot water unit (wall unit/no water tank) seems to flash the number 50 when hot water is turned on, and you can hear the pilot flame inside trying to be lit but it doesn’t seem to light and maintain it. The number 50 continues to flash several times and then the number 12 begins to flash constantly. Hot water doesn’t work at all throughout the house. We’re getting lukewarm water temperatures at best. Happy to share videos of the Rheem wall unit while this is occurring. Thanks

Looking to get someone to chuck a camera down a storm water pipe on our property (there is a riser to access it) that’s no longer meant to be used. It’s filling up with water and I’m trying to work out where it might be coming from. Nothing obvious above ground, so thought a camera down it might be helpful.

IKEA brands : the sink to be connected is Odensvik. Vanity is Godmorgon, cabinet is Lillangen. The sink needs to be connected to the plumbing, vanity and cabinet to be hung on the wall in the picture.

The toilet cistern installation went pear shaped... Need somebody to reinstall... Some extra fittings may be required.
