Hi. Ive had issues the last few days where there is water leaking underneath my dishwasher. I believe there is a leak somewhere near my dishwasher but i cant move it to identify. I suspect there is a leaking pipe somewhere causing this. Request is for a plumber to come over and inspect the area my dishwasher is installed and identify the source of the water leak and to repair it.

Water clogged in the sump and not flow into the pipes to the backend.

The tap has come loose. Initial advice shows it needs to be tightened. Can anyone help with this?

Info: Concrete building. Currently two toilets, need one to be removed and replaced with a a shower. We will supply the shower cubicle (base and walls)and hardware/tapware once we find a plumber who can ensure that the one we are looking for is suitable. Plumbing will need to be laid for this. There is already hot and cold water pipes into the bathroom and drainage. Also, would like to install a new basin and plumb a washing machine - depending on cost and feasibility. Would like this to be quoted as well. Looking to do this project on a budget as it is for an office space and not residential. We prefer not to pay for more large call out fees as we have had many plumbers already who have told us they can do the project and then get busy and stop replying - please no time wasters.
