I have a recently purchased fridge that has a direct water connection. I bought an adapter from Bunnings to connect the fridge to the water tap however despite my best efforts, it seems to have a slow leak coming from the fittings. I’m not sure if I’m using the right plumbers tape? I’m in PalmView (Aussie world side)

Hot water heater is constantly dripping from the pipe leading from the pressure relief valve so require that to be replaced. Location is Grays Point Sydney. All the other valves were recently replaced a few weeks ago (pressure limiting valve, tempering valve and duo valve) Licensed insured plumbers only please. Very flexible with day and time just let me know when suits you best.
