Hello I am looking for someone to remove a broken toilet seat and replace it with a new one.

The shower floods and overfills every time it is used due to poor drainage, restricting proper water flow. The water takes over an hour to drain. Looking for a plumber to assess the shower and toilet drainage system and make the necessary repairs to resolve the flooding and slow drainage problem.

Convert plumbing in a shower room so there is a supply line and drain line for a dishwasher to be installed.

I have an outdoor shower that has two separate taps for hot and cold water and needs the washers replaced, you will also need to supply the washers. The tapware is of a standard washer or “jumper valve” mechanism. Washers (Doust tap washers are recommended) and ‘o’ rings may need replacing, along with lubrication of the spindles.

We have a soft seat lid which has broken. The seat soft close is still working but the lid is slamming down.

The drain connected to my kitchen sink seems to have become detached slightly. In reference to the photos, the drain on the right has become slightly detached from the sink. The drain on the left is how it should be.
