I need to install a new drain in my front yard however before installing the drain we need to do the camera inspection and also need a jetter to clear one drain to understand where the pipes are connecting. Also need to fix the following list if items as well; - replace bathroom basin tap which i will supply - replace kitchen sink basket waste/strainer - replace washing machine taps and pipes connected to the machine.

I need the mixer tap in my kitchen fixed. It has come loose so suspect it requires tightening from under the sink

Clean/clear a shower drain that is slightly blocked and have a look at a kitchen sink drain to see if it is blocked at all.

Drain pit and agi pipes needs to be installed in the front yard of the property for the rain water to flow through the storm drain. There is also one drain pipe damaged because of tree root so that needs to be replaced as well.

Water leaking from the pipe connecting between the cistern to the pan when flushing the toilet. Currently I have dismantled the cistern from the wall and pipe for inspection. The pipe look okay, could be the plastic seal of flushing valve or somewhere the pipe ring. Please indicate if your offer includes parts as well and give a ballpark estimate. Thanks.

Removing kitchen sink bowl

Licensed plumber to fix water dripping from hot water pipe under laundry cabinet.

I have two toilets which I need to be removed and have the new ones installed. Not sure about the specs of the old toilets and the new toilets except that it looks like it fits?? Please advise if there are any potential issues. The old toliets are Duravit and new toilets are Caroma. See images attached. The tiles beside the old toiliet for the first bathroom would need to be remolded to fit the edges of the new toilet. I would like the tasks to be completed on a Monday or Thursday.
