The Rinniai gas hot water system was installed last year but the gas smell is coming out of it probably due to a gas leak or loose connections. It needs to be fixed and a report is also needed to show if it's an installation issue or a problem with the unit.

We need a water point behind the fridge. Water is within two meters of where fridge is. Easy access via man hole. Pex pipe not copper. Water is in the ceiling not floor.
