The old channel grate drain has perished and new grates can’t be installed in the new drain. The old drain will need to be removed and replaced. We have a new drain ready for installation. Concrete will need to be broken to remove the old drain, then made good. We’re not too concerned about the finish of the concrete as we’re likely to replace the driveway in the next few years.

I want to connect my rainwater tank to run my reticulation system. I require a plumber to connect the mains to the tank with a valve and float switch, then install a pump for pressure, then connect back to retic system. Mains are about 15m from the tank. I can supply materials.

Replace bathroom vanity Repaint under room

Need to pull out some bushes off the side of the paved driveway. 6x total Snow Bush plants. They have already been trimmed short and partially dug. Pics attached. Bring your own equipment/tools. Green bin available. Fix any leaks on the poly reticulation pipe, also seen in photos (only one short section had a leak last time I checked). Bunnings is ~6mins away. Will reimburse any fittings/poly pipe required.

I have an old 135 ltr Dux Prodigy natural gas hotwater system that needs replacing. The valves would need replacing and possibly some pipework to suit new system. I have the new system , which is another Dux Prodigy 135 ltr. Must be installed by a qualified plumber.

Fix a leaking tap in a cupboard near dishwasher

My dishwasher showed e19 error. Can any have experienced to fix it?

Shower was leaking, tried to replace seal, still leaking so I tightened the taps but now shower out of use

A leaking pipe needs to be replaced. The pipe is in conduit under slab in 15m length. It is a hot water pipe run.

Face of toilet flusher has come off, the plumbing is behind a wall.

Retic pipe leaking at joint. Also at different area spray pipe needs cutting and rejoining and new sprayer put in.

Need old mixer tap removed and new one fitted. Have tap ready to go. When I tried to close my kitchen tap below my kitchen sink, the seal seems to have eroded and it is dripping now. Might need some sealant around the top of the tap too?

Remove existing vanity and replace with a new one, including plumbing in and sink fixtures. Both vanities are 1200mm. The waste is on the floor in the centre of the old vanity as we will replace an old double sink unit with a new single. - Due date: Before Sunday, 14 January 2024

Remove our broken ensuite bathroom basin. Install our new Caroma Vasque inset basin (porvided by us) in our existing cabinet and hole in stone top. No taps connected to basin, just drainage. - Due date: Before Monday, 25 December 2023
