Kids have just busted the outdoor tap. We know how to turn water off but need water over the weekend so it needs repair.

Kitchen mixer tap replacement needed.

1. Water leak from toilet cistern into toilet bowl. Caroma brand. Need new valve. For two toilets. Photo provided. Same brand and design of both toilets. Must provide parts to fix the leak. 2. Change new tap washers and new o'rings for 10 taps (i.e. 5 sets of hot and cold taps) inside 2 bathrooms and 2 garden taps (outside). Total of 12 new tap washers and 12 new o'rings. Must provide new washers and o'rings.

Outdoor spa leak needs investigating and fixing

I need someone with relevant trade and experience to inspect under our house to see if water leak under the shower has damaged the joists and if so reinforce. House on concrete piers with easy access.

We are looking for a gas fitter/plumber to help with a few jobs - individually or all together, but the kitchen jobs are priority as we are getting a kitchen installed on the 28th. We need assistance with the following: - disconnect water and gas for kitchen installation and run pipe for fridge - check laundry sink as water isn’t running - storm water drain pipes to be fitted on the right side of the house where existing pipes have been cut and removed for re-stumping - duct heating fitted under the house. Gas unit is still there and operational, we just need new tubes to be run under the house. Happy to provide photos or meet in person for assessment.

Remove a toilet on Wednesday (06th) and come back to reinstall the toilet on Friday (08th) once the new flooring is installed.

I can see water underneath the sink in the kitchen. The leak is slow - as in it’s not flowing but little a very slow drip. I can’t find the source amongst the pipes underneath the sink.

I have several faucets in the house that need repair: 1. Faucet leaks even when tightened (hot water) 2. Kitchen faucet is loose and no longer turns from side to side. It has been tightened from underneath several times but continues to come loose, so maybe some part needs replacing 3. Shower head is crooked, and also does not lock at the top, it falls down even when the screw is tightened. Not sure if this is fixable or need a new shower head. 4. Faucet leaks from the back when in use

When it rains, the area where my gutter pipe connects to the storm water pipe floods. Need help finding the issue, and resolving it. thanks

I have two water spots on the ground floor ceiling. I suspect it is due to a leaking pipe in the bathroom upstairs. I need this checked out and the pipe repaired if leaking. Picture of waterspots and upstairs bathroom above spots.

Remove tap and fit washer. Currently leaking when turned on.

Replace the tap for bathroom sink and shower handle, see photos. I have bought a new one already, just need replacement for the existing one.
