I need help to install my kaboodle kitchen , need to be done asap

- Broken Clay Stormwater Pipe in Garden - Need to connect NEW Section Pipe elbow to join with existing Roof Downpipe - Garden Hole is already partially dug out to expose clay pipe where broken (see photo) - Include labour , material & any rubbish removal

I can see that our sewerage is backed up and not draining properly, so in the first instance, I just want someone to help unblock it as best as possible, or advise if there’s a potentially larger problem.

My toilet started to leak slowly. intel vavle has aged and can't stop the water from flowing in, causing the water to be too full and leak through the hole in the middle into the toilet. I hope this is a common problem and can be fixed as soon as possible.

Drain is blocked likely somewhere between house and inspection point. Waste water is not flowing past inspection point but leaking into ground - I.e. wet soil under house. Need drain specialist to unblock and investigate cause with camera (clogging or damaged pipe?).

We’re probably experiencing a water pressure issue at home. Whenever the washing machine or multiple appliances use water simultaneously, it produces a loud noise, and the water tap in the master bedroom starts leaking slightly. NEED A PLUMBER TO HAVE A CHECK

2 x sink taps and 2 shower taps need fixing or replacing. Hot sink tap does not flow. Cold tap drips. Both shower taps are loose and need fixing.
