To install a kitchen mixer tap and change a washer in the rain water tap

Pictures attached - I'm unsure if a 25mm or 35mm mixer tap is required, but if you can help me identify, I'll ensure I have the new one ready to go.

We have two taps to replace, one in the kitchen and one in the laundry.

Replace a couple of plain mixer taps with new swan neck taps. Should be a straightforward job if you have the right tools.

A small amount of water is continuously flowing into the toilet bowl, and I have been informed that the issue may be due to a faulty inlet valve. I have purchased a new inlet valve from Bunnings, although it is slightly larger than the existing one. I was advised that smaller inlet valves are no longer available. Assistance is needed to replace the inlet valve.
