Find an experienced plumber in Moonee Ponds

I have a loose toilet seat in my bathroom. A cheap one was installed and became loose quite rapidly, i.e. it wobbles from side to side. It's an oval shape. I have a higher quality one purchased, just need someone to remove the old cheap one and install the high quality one. Please see three photos attached.

I have two blocked toilets upstairs. One of them blocked first and then when we tried to move the blockage the other one blocked. They must be connected somehow. I think it’s just a matter of too much toilet paper.

Hey everyone, The isolation tap which controls the water supply to my apartment has been bricked over at some stage and I require urgent access to it. The bricks and concrete/mortar in the recess behind will need to be removed and the tap checked over and confirmed to be working. If the tap is not in working order, it will need to be replaced. I have the following materials already: floor and wall tiles, toilet, vanity sink and mixer, shower set and mixer, vanity cabinet, shaving cabinet, towel, hand towel and toilet roll holder all to be installed. I require the following to be supplied: frameless shower screen, a niche cut out in the wall, reconfiguration of plumbing to suit new layout, waterproofing, and installation of fixtures. Toilet seal water leakage

I’d like an outdoor tap in our courtyard, as we don’t have anything to put a hose on their expose water pipes as well which you can put a tap on hopefully

Our bathroom is leaking which caused the door to swell. We want someone to come and detect the source of the leakage so that the leak can be appropriately fixed We already had a plumber who recommended on redoing the silicone (which we did) but the leak is still there - Due date: Flexible
