Repair/replace leakibg water line under kitchen area

Hot water outlet under kitchen sink appears to be leaking, would need to be resealed

Front tap pipe has sprung a leak. Need it cut-out and an extension put on asap. Should be a simple job for someone who knows what they're doing and has the tools

I have total 4 downpipes which I have recently changed. While changing plumber mentioned the drains are blocked so need to be pressure cleaned. When it rains water comes out of the gutter as it cannot get passed fully through the pipes.

I am looking to add a tap to my existing rain water tank.

We have a small leak on the corner of our shower, it appears that the silicone might be worn out but I’m just sure I’ve tried re siliconing it but it hasn’t worked and started leaking after a few days Also need a bathroom door deal to be installed as water leaks from there too
