Showerbase/screen(existing plumbing) 2.Vanity(existing plumbing) 3.Toilet suite - slight adjustment to the water supply and the sewerage line run straight under the floor. 4.Floor tiles-approx 5sqm 5.Wall to wall tiling Fixtures & Tiles will be provided, if you need to have a look first let us know. You can provide wood/plaster board as required. The toilet suite will ideally go on the back right hand corner and the vanity to be hung on the left of the far wall where the plumbing is. Ideally need someone experienced that can get the job done without drama and within quote. Thanks.

Task one: Remove and dispose of shower base, bath tub, vanity and left over floor tiles and dispose. Task 2: Floor and wall tile install with plumbing and setup of a toilet where the bath tub is now. Need a reliable quote, not a changing one and if you need to have a look first let me know. I will provide the vanity and the toilet to be installed. Quote overall or individually for the two parts. Need to fixed a cracked water pipe
