The hose adapter on an outside tap is broken but is screwed on very tightly so is hard to remove and replace.

Water leaks from the flush tank into the toilet bowl. This is occurring in both the toilets. Need to fix and repair this issue.

The downpipe which is connected to the plastic adapter has a leak. The leak is behind the plastic parts.

We've had a new storm pit put in to help with drainage and it was recommended to add an extra down pipe. Pipe into the pit is ready to go, just need a new down pipe connected to it and the gutter. Would like to match existing down pipes shown in picture.
