Have really old leaking taps over that bathtub, need a replacement with a hand shower option for a pet. Well buy a tap myself, after speaking with a plumber

First floor shower leaks into the downstairs room The floor grout has degraded so that needs to be redone & sealed And then we would appreciate advice about how to seal the shower so it does not leak anymore

Fix the Bidet in the toilet in bathroom. I have all the fixture bidet hose/spray-head and fixtures. Attaching the pictures of bidet and required hardware. Please refer to the pictures of the toilet where new bidet needs to be attached. The tile color is white for your reference. I have the thread seals as well. Old duel Flush plastic cistern is leaking and needs replacing. Want someone to visit, see what cistern is required, purchase cheap replacement and install. Quote for labour + parts

The hose adapter on an outside tap is broken but is screwed on very tightly so is hard to remove and replace.

We've had a new storm pit put in to help with drainage and it was recommended to add an extra down pipe. Pipe into the pit is ready to go, just need a new down pipe connected to it and the gutter. Would like to match existing down pipes shown in picture.
