Fixing two biget pipes in the toilets

I would need a licensed plumber to install a handheld bidet in one of my toilets. I will procure the required items before the appointment date/time. The toilet tank is concealed, so hoping to install a backflow check valve and use the water outlet coming to the nearby wash basin. Need to install the bidet holder in the wall/tiles.

There is water leakage from the toilet flush tank into the bowl in two toilets. Need quotes to get this issue fixed.

The mixer is loose. Apparently it is because some seals or a mounting bracket breaks. If a new mixer is to be purchased (I hope it is required) please advise how we can purchase one (from Bunnings) by ourselves. We can make the new mixer ready before arranging a handyman to attend on-site to fix the loose mixer issue.

We've had a new storm pit put in to help with drainage and it was recommended to add an extra down pipe. Pipe into the pit is ready to go, just need a new down pipe connected to it and the gutter. Would like to match existing down pipes shown in picture.
