Washing machine was installed today and now no hot water to laundry sink. Not sure why . when i turn hot water valve on water comes from the under sink tap. Is something missing now ? See photos.

Kitchen: 1. Disconnect, remove and make safe Gas Outlet (was connected to HOB) - moving to induction. 2. Move H/C outlets to rear wall (chase wall). 3. Reconfigure PVC drain pipe to be on the wall, for new cabinets (chase wall). Bathroom: 1. Relocate shower water outlet to opposite side of shower. Tiles etc. will be removed.

I’ve got a water tap outside with a hose attached to it. The tap will no longer turn (and hose is leaking). It seems to be stuck.

My toilet seat has come detached from the toilet. Can anyone refit it to the toilet?

Scrape back and patch small wall/ old leak (no need to paint) 5. Repair 1 small piece broken floor board at the stair. Have spare. 6. Ideas meeting for next job - to add a suitable safety fence or high pot plant boxs. And also best option for a light weight cover above back roller door. Thank you!

Plumbing under bathroom sink needs to be fixed

Bathroom sink leaking, from beneath the basin, I’ve checked it out and pretty sure the old washers need replacing.

Looking to get my bathroom refitted. New shower, toilet, tiles and sink. If the price is reasonable and the job is done well, I would be looking to get my second bathroom done the same as well.

The kitchen tap has broken. It’s a classic chrome round mixer tap with 360 swivel. The water control lever has come loose because the thread for the screw has completely worn off.
