HI All, sorry for the confusion, there still are some predecessor to be done before these several tasks. Once we get alignment with price, I'll then discuss and confirm the date at least 3 weeks before the supposed starting date. Get some renovation work will need a plumber to help as below: Laundry: Replace the sink tap to new one with mixer Replace the tap for wash machine Drainage from dryer to sink area Kitchen: Sink tap installation May need to replace the valve for dishwasher Backyard: Add a new tap with the previous SPA pipe.
